Ok guys so I have been thinking. As many of you have probably heard of Wustefest (maybe some of you havent), a domestic one should be started.

In case you do not know what Wustefest is, it is a gathering of over 300+ euro cars in Las Vegas. Everyone meets in Barstow(well most) and they all cruise from Barstow to Las Vegas. There is a mall there with a big enough parking lot for all the cars. So the BMW,VW, Audi,Pugo, etc etc get their cars ready once a year and go.

If Cobaltss.net would sponsor this or even if we all came together, it could be possible. Domestic as in chevy, dodge, ford, saturn, etc etc. Only problem would be we could not let this turn into a classic car show with the older gen cars.

I think it can happen. Especially if we start planning now for next year sometime.

Come on!!!! We can do it.....

if we decide to do this. it has to be a very small group of domsetics since that is only the ones that exist. besides Cobalt, SVT focus, saturn ion redline, and SRT-4, what other 4 banger domestic cars are there?

we would have to advertise 4 banger domestics only.


I think we could get a lot of people to go though however.

2nd year of wustefest only and 300 plus cars when it was never advertise till like early may.

so a decent turn out

 

this sounds like it would be a lot of fun, but why dont we open it up to the v6 and v8 domestics too? we could get a lot more cars if we include the camaros, t/a's, mustangs and maybe even some vetts.

because it will turn into a classic car show or at least a v-6 or v-8 show. thats now what we want. people would be like oh dman a nice corvette! or comaro! then see the cobalt and srt-4 and would be like oh ok. those are here too. it totally change the scene.

 

i agree. But man u r forgetting so many domestic 4 bangers. remember people soup up anything. escort, allero, cavi, sunfire, hhr, g5, fusion, caliber, i believe some of the cougars

well thats wrong dude because u said car show. I know a lot of people who have show domestic 4 bangers but dnt race them. A couple 4 banger s-10's and rangers tricked for show

 

well...... as long as it doesnt turn into a classic car show with first second and third generation novas, comaros, corvettes, chevelle, mustangs, chargers, etc etc...thats what im hoping for. but I guess any big meet in Vegas for domestic would be good....

id say vegas. biggest place for a meet. drinkin. partying. not hard to find hotels. big places to tgather. plus its kind of in the middle so everyone from USA can come. ya know?

2. its b4 the actual wustefest.

3. kids are still in school so it wont be overly packed.

4. hotel rooms are cheaper then than the summer

5. i think we can have this running by then
