Who were looking for:
We need an experienced Customer Service Rep who possesses extremely strong organizational skills, and is a well-spoken professional who knows how to communicate effectively via phone and email. The right candidate is the type of person who thrives in an energetic, fast-paced environment, and is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
What youll be doing:
Provide high levels of customer support and support your assigned Sales Rep and their clients
Handle high volume of phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Consult with Sales and Product Development to adequately respond to customer inquiries
File and follow up with claims with shipping carriers
Very light travel and some weekends required
Heavy Data Entry
Back up Receptionist
Retail Sales (Commission Opportunities)
Must haves:
Minimum 3 years sales or customer service experience
Excellent communication and people skills
Extremely goal-orientated and focused
Very strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask
Experience in data entry
Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
Bonus points:
Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
Knowledge of aftermarket automotive industry (BIG bonus)
Type minimum of 50 WPM
Whats in it for you?
Full-time role (M-F 8AM-5PM) $12.00 - $13.00 Per Hour (DOE)
