it's just weird how the new people showing up are the complete opposite of the old crew. in the begining, all anyone cared about was performance. it shouldnt be money. decently modding a balt should cost around $1000.

well my car is my daily driver and I have always been a performance/looks/handling guy. Money is really tight for me cuz of college and **** But I basically have all myappearance done that I want minus a couple things and I have had the balt for 6 months. This first year for me was a little suspension and all aperance. Next year will be te rest of the suspension and the engine

Was a measly 9.2 w/ a 2.2 60' in the 1/8 mile. Ya know... what the stock balts run w/ the same 60'.

 

psh. i ran a 8.6 in my balt at qualcom. no track prep. the 2.7 obviously didn't know how to drive. just because you beat him doesnt mean your car is faster. that's why we race.

We got the same 60' foot (2.2 60'), and ended the race .001 of each other. Both on st tires

When runing meth, leaned the car out to 12.4, and maxed out timing. Trust me the 2.7 car wasn't quicker.

Where I chose to place my power unfortunately didn't reflect in my 1/8 mile time, as well as short shifting 2nd. My mistake being a novice w/ HPT.
Had it been a 1/4 mile, a true reflection of both our cars would of shown.

fast is relative. if all you have ever driven is go carts, a geo metro is fast.
