thats one situation where you will not pass smog, as i recall from reading the changes they are making if the computer sensors are modified or turned off in any way you will fail smog, so if you have a tune that messes with the computer sensors in any way you will not pass

I haven't seen it anywhere.
You can buy Absinthe in the states, just doesn't have wormwood. And from what I've heard, the wormwood high isn't that great. . .

Eurotrip glorified it, and I don't think it's really like that
