This looks like it could be kind of a drive which is why I rarely come out. Anyone going from SD? And why can't we do burnouts on the lake bed when it seems like anything goes?

I am interested in going, my car is bored from just serving it's time on the commute.

dude u should come and to the september meet too. People from san diego are going and we drove all the way down there for the meet. Hell we hbave a guy coming from ohio or something

Im gonna take my girlfriends car to race wars she has a blue srt-4 thats stupid fast so i think it will be perfect at race wars so if anyone wants to meet up and roll down there im down....

same reason they close off the lakebed when it gets wet and muddy, there is some stupid little bug that lives in the dirt out there and when you do that it ruins the lake bed enough(espc. easily when wet and muddy)that it kill them or makes it uninhabitable for them.

AWD IS OK...but only in comparison to the alternatives

 

actually the last race wars wasnt too bad i got decent traction

 

then you take off like a grandma and dont know how to launch...which for the dirt, you really shouldnt, like i said, lak of traction lol

hell, on my quad i can spin the tires through first and chirp 2nd and 3rd haha and its still stock...or lean back and do a wheelie lol but thats not good for aerodynamics

well i assume they will be meeting up at the mills like usual and as far as how to get there I will meet all the I.E. guys at the top of the pass at Oak Hills and u guys can follow me. But I still think u should go to septembers car or no car if u can

 

ill go if i can, its just that im scheduled to work that day, if it changes and i get that day off, ill definatly go
