Hawaii Cobalts
Yeah the local tuner community is pretty big out here. Of course you'll have a good number of ricers but there's also quite a few people who take it VERY seriously. So yeah, you'll find your share of competition on-island :p
Nah, those aren't the only ones who take it seriously, those are just the more popular ones these days cuz they are easy to mod. The more die hard ones are the ones taking older civics and completely rebuilding them, adding FI and tuning the **** out of them to get every last bit of power out of their car. What makes those guys hard to spot is for every one of them there's another 20 ricers with that same civic dropped with a fart can and much too loud sounds. But when you do spot them you gotta give some respect cuz those guys put a LOT of work into their engines...

I give respect and credit where its dude. Don't matter what kinda car it is. Could be a early 90's Dodge Shadow for all I care. You put the time and money into it...I'll respect it. I don't respect the people who go to Wally worlds car section, but a fart can and spoiler and a couple of badges and think that their car is God's gift to the world. I don't mind losing races either Their is always going to be someone faster. I know I only drive a Cobalt
