Well i am new. I just hopped over from LS1Tech. I have an 02 Camaro Z28. I have haerd that Cobalts are coming up in the world and i wanted to see what they are all about.

So are there any meets somewhere in SoCal around Oceanside/ Vista/ San Marcos area?

 

got a meet in fontana friday. and a meet in agoura hills on sunday. hmmmm maybe we can get one in like temecula area again or something soon man.

we dont go down that far south most of the time. but if some SD or IE guys will join a meet. im sure we are down

 

Yea there are a lot of muscle guys that meet in Fontana too. So what is the aftermarket like for Cobalts? I have read a few things and **** looks quite pricey!

 

it aint pricey if you know people. lol. plus the balts are not over expensive like the STI and the evo. and even some SRT-4s and GTI's

But I mean, with a lil money dropped in, they are pretty quick. a couple little downfalls but nothing to change a persons opinion all the time.

Another reason I like em so much is because they are pretty rare. I rarely see them on the streets. But overall, people underestimate us.

It is prolly easier to make power for cheaper on your ls1 than our ss\sc. The aftermarket is still developing for the ss\tc. Welcome to the site.

from what i no she has a tuned ss/tc cobalt. oh and mind you that she has hot female as a mod so that adds like 50 whp right there.

 

i wouldnt call quality tested and proven products over expensive, you get what you pay for muh friend.

plus i dont mind droppin some cash into my money pit.

No thats not me. I mostly hang around the Oceanside/ Vista/ San Marcos area. Ive made a few trips up to the Spectrum in Irvine or Ontario Mills. But mostly im around North County.
