If you get a chunk of any worth while size back in taxes you're an idiot...

Basically you're paying too much taxes and letting the govt. hold onto an 'interest free loan' worth of money for a year.

All of you turkeys that are getting $5k on up... If you're going to give someone a bunch of money to hold, give it to someone who'll invest in ON YOUR BEHALF..

C'mon kids, wake up!! (Sorry to be condescending but I was hoping to get your attention)

$4500 aproximately.

got $2500 back just because i was a fulltime college student this past year. some sort of new crazy obama thing if you pay a lot in tuition.
i graduated this year too, so im thinking about just going to grad school for the awesome tax refund you get.

just shy of 4,000. owning a home rocks during tax season

if i didn't amend my 2008 taxes (to get tax credit right away) when i bought my house back in april, it would have been just shy of 12,000 this year.

damn fellas yall came out nice. i somehow owe nearly 200 bucks. not sure how though. i only made 14000 dollars. I am a full time student (but i dont pay tuition cause im on the HOPE scholarship) and a part time employee (at 38 hours a week). they already took out 1900 from my pay last year and they still want more money?!?!!! WTFFFF. there is no reason why i should owe money.

900 something for federal.

I owed a dollar for state like I do every year, but the state doesn't require payments if it is a dollar or less (Primarily because they force you to round to the nearest dollar)
