I need new insurance in CA!

I know a bunch of you guys already got back to me on insurance companies, but I really don't feel like sifting through close to 100 pages of our So Cal chat to find it Got a quote from my insurance company today...and it's not good ladies and gents. Apparantly when you move to LA, your insurance almost triples At least that's what mine is going to do. Give me a list of the companies you guys go with and how much you pay! I can't do over 150 a month, it just won't work with how much $ I've got coming in. If it's going to be more than that...I need to sell the car ASAP. But I'm looking at a bike+truck combo or possibly an LT1 Trans Am or an LS1 TA or Camaro if the price is low enough if that's what it comes down to....

Geico is a joke. They wanted 900 a year for my bike insurance haha.

Progressive is 350 a year with collision. Cheapest I could find...

It's not lookin good, lol. Thanks for the numbers though guys. I'm paying less than $500 for 6 months right now...so having to change my insurance sucks ass! With rent and bills, and the fact I'm trying to save for school, it's tough to justify how much I'll be spending a month, but keep the suggestions coming! I'd like to keep my car!

mercury vile. Its because a lot of cars get stolen in L.A. but let them know u have the security system and on star which means they can track ur car if stolen. brings it down a lot it did for me

Vile mercury seems to be the cheapest and let them know u have the security system and the on star because they can track it if stolen and it brings the cost down a lot it did for me. L.A. cars get stolen a lot thats wh it went hi

125 might be managable, I'll give them and mercury a call. I don't have on-star, I bet if I did, the price would be lower.
