Unhappy Need help!

can anybody help me i NEED my car to get SMOGGED asap and i have a P0171 & P0171 Pd code popping up on my car do i need to get a tune for my zzp 3" intake? Or can i just erase the engine code and go try and get smogged. I don't feel any performance loss from my car at all but i do hear a faint airy type of sound coming from the middle of the car when im light on the throttle inside the car. If anybody has experienced this problem or has any knowledge on this please chime in. I've been driving my car for like 6 months without tags lol and im done being bitched at by the cops. Or if there is any lick it and stick it places for smog that'd be even better. I'm in vallejo so if anybody out here or anywhere closer can help it'd be nice. Thank you in advance.

I could tune you and get rid of the code, but either vac leak or intake code. From what I've seen without a leak with the zzp intake your trims will be off about 9% on the stock tune. Soooooo I would check for a leak

are there any common places that these cars leak from by any chance so i have a starting point on where to look at? i do have a couple cracked hoses on the boost solenoid but i ordered the hoses from gm and im going to replace them when they come in. Also would i be able to pass smog by just clearing the code for now and going to a test only?

Question newbie needs trunk help for 06 SS

Hi
I'm new to this forum and having trouble posting to all members to get a solution to my problem. Maybe you can help me a) post or b) solve my problem.

I've got a 2006 Cobalt SS that I took the battery out of and closed the trunk. Later I realised that the key won't go all the way into the tumbler of the trunk lock. I tried graphite and WD40 but the key still won't go in all the way. Next I tried to get the back seats apart far enough to put my hand in and spring the latch to lower the back seats. Can't get my hand in far enough.

Any solution to get into the trunk??

Sorry to bother you 07MetallicSC but I need a solution. Thaks for any help you can give!

i mounted it perfectly fine with no holes just some scratches because of how awkward it was to put it in. it scraped off a little bit of the black finish was all. i think i just need to get tuned for it because the o2 sensor was not the problem. either that or ill have to throw on the stock intake again.
