Need a shop.

Whatsup guys. Anyone know of a machine shop that could install pistons and rods and balance the motor at a decent price? Also, would you guys reccomend new bearings for a build? or is that more of a precautionary thing. Im a little tight on cash, and im only looking for 400-450whp, not a crazy 800whp build or anything.

ontario isnt too far. I'd be willing to drive an hour away if the shop can save me some money or if they know our engines well. im more at the ventura/la border..not downtown LA

ideally, TVS, m2race ported head with .5mm oversized valves, and a 7500rpm redline. Its still a ways away tho...i dont have any parts yet..lol
