What up, I am the new and proud owner of a 2005 Cobalt SS with the beginings of what could be an amazing ride. I have in already a K&N typhoon intake system and some upgraded Headers.... dont ask because I dont know what brand..... before the laughs start let me explaine.... The Car belinged to my best friend.... He just got it around 1 1/2 years ago.... He was a veterain of the Iraq war and a soon to be married man... But just like me, he loved speed and anything that could take him faster then the next man... He had a motercycle accedent about a year ago doing about 120.. he did die on impact... His family and I remain close friends and when I heard that they were going to have to sell his car I just couldnt let it happen. I took the car off there hands and it has been a dream to drive... I want to add more to the car but trouth be told.... i dont know much about the cobalt platform or where to start on them. I am looking for people to learn from and gather ideas from... I travel from as far north to Sacramento and San Fransisco and as far south as San Diego... any help is appreciated as well as info for the "new guy" I am also interested in any car clubs that might be in the cali area, if they are serious...
