actually, the smoke from a hooka bar isn't like cigarette smoke....I know, an odd way to describe it....lol.

 

you are correct, it is not, you are only smoking the tobacco (literally smoking it, like wood chips in a bbq smoker) instead of directly burning it like a cigarette. You get no tar, and very little nicotinee.
