it measures how hot your exhaust gases are, basically(if you are running your car hard and or tuning espcially) you will be able to see how hot you are running and it could save you from an engine rebuild lol watch it so you dont cook your engine

The exhaust gas temperature (EGT) pyrometer can be one of the most important gauges on a forced induction engine. It can warn the driver of situations that are potentially damaging to the engine, and it can also be used as a guide for optimizing fuel economy.

well i have a spare 2.2 head here at my house right now...its missing a few things...but it could be great for a port and polish and bigger valves and cams....its just missing one cap....will fit 05-06...will also work with 07 as it will go with the valve cover.....this head came out of a cavalier with low miles...but its been sitting in the garage for almost a year....its missing 3 exhaust valves and 8 springs...as the previous owner was getting ready to port and polish it and get bigger valves but he never got around to it....ill post pictures of it here in a few....but ill sell it for 200 picked up

i see that is very important life or death

my freaking downpipe lost a nut again, cuz i heard ticking and i knew it was fine
reached in there and the bolt was all loose, does anybody have a 14mm nut with that washer on it look?
i have just a normal nut haha and the normal one came off after like a month or so.
its the top bolt too its a bitch to get any tool on it and i tried to do it today with out lifting the car, tools are too big, got a nut on the bolt somehow haha and hand tighten it but its not the tightest

these are my "stock" dyno sheets i had my intake and h/e thats all

so yes stock does run rich at the top end, but if the car is still running smooth and no cel, you should be fine...stock tune demands 10.1AFR above like 3600 and as you can see, thats right about where it runs

ya still have my warranty. I have a theory cause it just recently started, and for the past couple weeks I've been using costco gas cause its cheaper so im gonna go back to chevron or shell and see if it changes anything.

costco gas is the same gas fro shell,mobil,76, blah blah blah. Gas is all refined the same and made to the same standards put out by the EPA. This bullcrap about chevron with techron and she;; with v power is all bs. All gas is the same these companys add a fuel addative like if u were to buy a bottle of p.i. treatment from amsoil but r charging u more saying its better gas
