stage 2=45 lb injectors and 2.8 or 2.9 pulley

tech stage 3 is 2.7 or 2.8 pulley with 60 lb injectors.

Because we have stage 2 + other ****... And it doesnt equal a stage haha. I'm guessing that's what he means.
