I have a question. I have a friend thinking of moving to California and he wasn't sure about the emissions there. He heard stuff about how your not aloud to mod your cars or something crazy like that? That's seems crazy seeing how many people here aware from California with nodded cars

 

Yea, you basically can't modify your car legally.

 

is he military? if he his, tell him to keep his car registered where ever he is stationed at. i was stationed in delaware and ill be damned if i register my car in cali, hell im about to register my civic in delaware. $80 for 2 years of registration....im in! but yea, california is strict with that stuff unless you know people if you know what i mean

 

so how do most people get around that? just not get pulled over lol

 

most i can say, is if it is modified, dont be out doing anything stupid to give the cops reason to pull you over. if he wants a exhaust, get a e-cut out. where is his car registered at?

Well, I'll be coming to California again. Possibly in a few days, a relative of mine is gonna be passing away... So maybe ill see some of you out there. Ill be near Sacramento !
