OK I got the call you guys

they want to give me 2800 bucks on top of paying off my car.....

but they are charging me 1000 bucks for some reason. they told me the thousand is for liability. but I want at falt. so I should be at almost 4000 after all this.

But he also didnt calculate my time i had to take off work......orrrrrrrr my medical bill that came out to 7k

So i might be bumpin heads. Im getting another call today.

steve they most likely wont give u the cash for ur medical bills. They will ask for u to send them ur bills and they will just cut a check to the hospital as for liability it sounds like they r trying to get u for decuctable but its not ur fault so tell them bullshit. soo 4k sounds right and them paying ur car off
