i wouldn't matter if you're upside down if you find one cheap enough. i've got about 6,000 in equity on this car. retail is 32, bought it for 26. they can be had for even cheaper. i saw a 2001 zo6 w/70,000miles for 19,000. that's just broke in for a ls series.
