Let the nominations begin!!!!!
Please nominate people that you think will be good for these positions and why.
The following are the positions that are open;
We can add more or change as needed
Public Relations/Activities director:This person will be the primary contact for all functions. They will be the contact when people want to get more info on the club(i.e. media, charity, meet set-ups, etc) Also this person is in charge of all activities within the club, which include but not limited to; Meets, Charity events, Car shows, Meetings, etc. This person has to know what is going on within this club and other orginazations, clubs, groups, etc that are apart of us. This person will work with the Treasurer, HR and council members.
Human Resources:This person is are contact for all new members. They will introduce the rest of us to them and them to us. They will inform the new members the code of conduct and who and what we are.
Treasurer:This person is in charge of all the groups funding and expenditures. They will fund any reservations, parking, supplies, etc to perform normal task within the club. They will collect all payments and donations to the club for proper use. This person will report current funds, planned expenditures and funds coming in. This person will notify council members and HR of payments that have not been paid or owed to the club.
Web site designer/Operator:This person is in charge of updateing and maintaining the web site for public use and contacting the club. They have to inform all persons within the club of changes that need to be made or updates that are needed to complete there task.
Council Members:These people are in charge of the above listed and make sure they are doing there jobs correctly. They assist these people when called upon for help. They assist in voteing and changes that need to be made within the club. They will also be considered recruiters to get more people into the club. They help direct people with questions to the opropreate people to get there answers and introduce us to the new recruits.
Pease feel free to clarify with question or suggestions. This is just to get the ball rolling and to get an idea of where we need to be.

Technician:This person is a helping hand in case someone breaks down or needs help with there car. They will have tools handy for minor repairs and up keep of the cars. They assist with answers to questions and help with the cars. This person will work with the Tuner or may also be the Tuner.

Im sorry is there a problem with that? I wouldn't say I denied it I'm saying right now im not capable of it.
and i think bridfi approves seeings how he is already building the site
and maybe think about sticking with a small council for now until we grow

i don't know if we need techs specifically, i always bring my tools and if possible jack stands as well. thats just a gimme. i like to work on cars whenever possible. if you need tools or help and i'm available i'm there.

and with council we dont have to have all the slots filled right now i mean with a 9-10 person leadership that wont leave us with too many memebers but if we start off small and elect one in as we get bigger and bigger might be good
i'd say 5 council members and if we merge pr and ad..then we have web design tres and human resource that will give us 9 people on "council" in total which is good so there is no ties on ideas and so council isnt out numbering the members
The only reason that i have so many slots is because we vote, the people with the least votes wont be on the council til the next election
