ok the car is a 90 and has no mods except a test pipe and a air filter...could it be jus cuz its old....because i was drivin on the freeway and i was in 5th gear and the boost shot all the way to 14 and my mph slowly decreased whilei was pushin on the gas...it has a lot of hesitation...but i changed the spark plugs....plug wires...checked turbo(good) and thought it was a exhaust leak and replaced that
