has anyone replaced a rear o2 sensor and got this code a day or so later?

i read that it could be a dead fuse

 

nope whyd you replace the 02 sensor joey? a dead fuse eh hmm weird lol

 

its pretty common on cobalts start by checking fuse if its okay ur gonna need a scanner capable of clearing the history before) u install the new one PCM monitor needs a fresh start if not the new exhaust gas oxygen sens will sail a failboat...

 

ill start from the beginning to make more sense

cel a couple weeks back PO137 for low voltage from 2nd o2 sensor (dead or dying)

i have an interceptor gauge so i can clear and read codes with the ease

i cleared it and it came back again a few days later, so i bought a Bosch down stream o2 sensor

i thought i blown the cat but my downpipe came loose from the header OPEN HEADER haha

i have a high flow cat and the rear o2 sensor is hooked up with one of the 90degree extenders so there isnt a much air flow hitting the senosr

got the PO141 this morning and i was wondering if anyone had this b4.

i did a search and some said it was a dead fuse.

Its how the cobalt works, one thing breaks u fix it to find something else is wrong

AAAAAH Alright so if u hav a hf cat and that/extender thesens is not positioned properlynotlose enough fo the exhaust stream to light off and work prperly the heater can only do so much it needs sifficient temp to work.......fuses yeah how dumb huh? Sometimes it (is) that simple

 

yea i noticed that the bosch o2 sensor tip is shorter than the stock one

but yea that is very true its usually the simple things that give me peace of mind

i had this exhaust header dp setup since last yr so its the new sensor trying to fit in with the rest haha
