this morning i saw two cobalts:

1st one was coming the opposite way on the 15(south) i was going north haha it was around 7 something AM

yellow(no tint?? high rise) looked to be a SS/TC idk the way the rim was moving looked like tc rims

2nd one was black on bear valley in Victorville, no tint, alot of brake dust on the fronts haha probably high rise

If someone can pm me if they know a place that will pass me on a smog test, no questions asked. I just paid 50 dollars and in order to pass I would need to go back to stock. That means tune, pulley, injectors and a lot of stuff that costs money. Any help would be great!!
