You couldve blown the baffle out from inside the bypass. It will look like its fine on the outside, but the small paper baffle inside may be torn. Needs replacing. Like an 80 dollar part used.

he did an air test on it and it held pressure and all that, but hows it 80bucks? a new by pass is $25 from gmpartsdirect.com

how many lbs/min you flowing?

you need a meth kit? i have ais trunk mount 1.5 gallon with 2 7gph, 1 5gph. i have been thinking of ditching it for race gas.
