Since we seem to be on the fence as to how it should be structured, vote on which one you prefer. A treasurer is definitely needed no matter which choice maybe also with a deputy treas, but that can be decided later.

Option 1: Pres, VP, Treas., Council

Option 2: Treas. and Council

Option 3: Public Relations, HR (for newbs), Treas., Council

 

I vote the second option. Just think its the best choice personally

Just my two cents, although I wont vote....we up in wa in NWGMT have a pres and vp, treasurer, and our webdesigners....but we are smaller than you guys...just our two cents!!! you can visit NWGMT (dot) com if youd like :P

its moving along pretty quick, but we are trying to get it together before the next meet

 

That is what happened to us. you guys seem to know what you want and where your headed. We had the orginization question come up, and no one wanted to say this or that, so myself and a few others just created what everyone was looking for, said this is the club, if you want to be a member speak up. But we had only been meetin officially for about 3 mo, so this worked for us.

 

either way...organization can and will bring outside support be patient...

 

im just wanting to make it fair and easy. Outside support is welcome haha, so what do you think frank?

 

this is cool but kinda late we already went the whole thing on the other thread that casol started lets just stick with that and get this moving because we can be stuck on this for a long time the reason why everyone said no to a pres and vice is because of egos so now we have "postions" so lets stick with that and if there are problems in the future they can be address because regaurdless of what u call it we are gonna need one person "in charge" to handle talking to everyone and handling planning and **** so if we merge the human resource and activity director cut out the technition because basiclly were a ToOnER club so we are all kinda mechanics its just who has the tools...bridfi IS web designer and i think everyone is comfortable with paul being tres
