If you actually came to ky you might say differenty........... Reason i say this is one you can breat in ky and not have to worry about choking for air. (Inside joke), People are alot nicer, cleaner water, good ass food in ky, and ect. Cali now is just a visit the family spot lol!!!

Yeha i was born In Vasilia But raised in Nor cal near Yuba city Marysville area!! and there is more smog there then Here lol!

Yeah he wants me to do it this weekend but i have my tuning meet/ Bar b q so i cant but throught the weekdays i can!!!!! BUT nor cal is a ton better then SOCAL. Yea i did say it!!

Now the tint law is understandable. Many officers have been attacked because they werent able to see the occupants of the vehicle and wat they were doing due to front tinted windows. Its an officer saftey issue. But i do believe they should be able to pull u for tint but as long as u dnt have a record and arent doing anything suspicious they should let u go. most cops already do that btw minus chp of course.

nor-cal is better then so-cal, but i do like san diego, san clemente, ventura, and santa barbara, but that's about it.
So wait. Lets say I ship my car to cali from hawaii and I am violating like most of those laws. But my car is legal here in hawaii. Can they still tag me? How does that work? Obviously this is a hypothetical situation but growing up here I have never had to deal with crossing over into different states and dealing with the different laws. Hell I haven't even had to deal with driving into another county before! The whole island is one big county lol.

I was in Hawaii and brought my GLi over with Hawaii plates still valid. Now once you change your plates to Cali then all your mods will be considered illegal and are subject to smog while in the process of registering the car. Now, if you are military and say get plates based on your home of record then they can't do anything.

Monroe county PA, all you have to do for inspection is show up and pay 40 bux, they dont have a sniffer and they dont give 2 shi**. At my last inspection the guy said the ground to one of my 10,000k HIDs was loose so he tightened it for me. lol. then he goes on telling me how my exhaust and bypass valve sound bad ass. then again this is a somewhat redneck area where they dont really care

I won't say that you will not get a ticket if you have a loud ass exhaust. Generally cops here don't even bother with out of state plates. If loud exhaust is your concern, then just throw it in 5th gear or neutral and coast by. My GLi has a loud exhaust and I've had cops behind me while taking off from a light and haven't had an issue.
