So I need a good and reliable trany shop asap
I don't have 2nd gear at all the rest of them work fine

uh oh, synchros!

 

Bad syncros wont let the car go into gear, or let it stay in gear. Hes saying theres nothing there at all. Sounds like a broken gear.

 

hmmm when i had my 3rd and 5th gear synchros go out the car shifted into all the gears fine but those 2... slang a deuce!

and u havent said ur signature line yet mathew... need i remind u...

also OP did u check the tranny oil yet for shavings, metal chunks or small animals yet?
