1st Topic: Talked about SCE clothing and what style we needed first off and will be getting later
2nd Topic: Talked about the possible structures for the SCE club
3rd Topic: Talked about who should do what position once a structure is voted upon
4th Topic: How we should do the vinyl and Jimbo'sSS is doing it with Bridfi, CaSol got the measurments
5th Topic: Next meet and whats going to happen
6th Topic: Set things up for the next meeting

11-11-07 min

1st Topic: CaSol updated everyone on Treasurer is up and running
2nd Topic: RavenSS verified everything is going to be ready for the meet in SD
3rd Topic: Vinyl update, Jimbos'SS has bought vinyl and awaiting delivery(Monday), Bridfi is going to have the vinyl cut
4th Topic: Monthly dues will be 10/month and to be paid between the 1st and the 5th. 1o day limit to notify council of reason not paying dues
5th Topic: Recruiting more members to the clubm CaSol working on flyers and buisness cards
6th Topic: Al purchases made on SCE.com will be rounded up to the nearest 10 dallar, extra funds will go to SCE bank
7th Topic: Ideas for the California meet; early spring in Lake Tahoe, Leave on Fri night return on Sun afternoon

 

Ok guys i updated the minutes for those that were not on the last 2 meetings

Remember, meetings are held every Sun night at 8pm in the SCE chatroom

 

it prbably would be smart to set the time for this weeks meeting either later or postpone it.I just think that some people won't be back on their PC by 8, since it's a meet-day

 

well this weeks meeting will be in person in san diego...the chatroom meetings hold us over to the meets so we can get things accomplished.

is it me? or is the font for the headings on our homepage extremely hard to read? i think its the same font for some of the sigs.

yep i can read it just fine. it could be a better font for the visually challeged but we will leave that to bridfi
