07 tuning for 2.2

there has been reports that the HP tuners software can now interface with the 07 PCM as they have changed from previous models

in order to test this out, someone local willing/wanting a tune for their 2007 2.2 LS/LT need to contact SScartuning to see if we can interface with the PCM, if it works the cobalt street tune will be awesome on a NA cobalt and can optimize any other mods

this setup would make even more power with the LSJ injectors...which we can arrange!

but we need some test pilots to make sure interfacing is possible...the rest is cakewalk

Please someone do this pleaseeee! I would if only I was anywhere close. I want tuning sooo badly.

I was looking on their website, and they say "This tuning applies to all year and model cobalts." Does this mean that they already have 2.2L tuning or somthin?

Edit: I just noticed it says "SS Cobalt tuning (all models)", right above.

Maybe you should post something in the south central region too. It might get more local views in there.

I might have to plan a trip to Dallas sometime this summer if no one else comes forward. I'm sure all the 07 2.2L guys would appreciate that. I only have 1 week of vacation time saved up at my current job. I would need about 3 days total driving time, there and back. That leaves 4 days for tuning and adjustments. Would that be enough time? If it is really necessary, I could take maybe one or two sick days as well, for a total of 5 or 6 days for tuning and adjusting.

We could get a tune straight for your car in a matter of a few hours, it certainly wouldn't take days
