ok my friend just told me all this does is make you shift at a higher RPM, which i don't understand why I would want unless I wanna decrease my MPG..... just to make it a little louder.

I don't believe that it changes the shift points, it will shift as it did before. It increases the line pressure, making it shift harder/firmer, so it will make the tranny shift "faster".

yeah another person said something similar to that, and then I have my friends opinion so I dont know what to do lol.
