Job Mission
The Facebook Sales and Brand Manager will be in charge of all sales and interactions on Facebook with acquisition of customers, growth of the THMotorsports name and any other related matters to branding via social media. You will not be taking inbound calls, but rather creating "chatter" that drives sales directly to you.

Job Responsibilities
-Brand Image growth on Facebook, Twitter and other social media
-Increase likes, reach and other metrics of Facebook branded page
-Penetrate and establish automotive interest groups on Facebook
-Manage social ties with customers and develop relationships that result in sales
-Complete sales via social mediums, phone, and email
-Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction
Desired Skills & Experience
An ideal candidate for this role should have:
-Social media branding experience is a plus but not required
-Great general computer skills
-Sales background is a plus
-Customer drive
-Capable of working independently and self-motivating
-Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
-Automotive parts and accessory knowledge
We will train you, but any background automotive parts sales is helpful.
We are looking for someone who is social, fun, outgoing and can upkeep and grow relationships.
