Brembo calipers pin issue

My wife religiously takes her 2010 SS to the dealer for service. For some reason the monkey working on the car tried removing the pins holding the pads in so he could remove the rotor to inspect the CV shafts.

Brake pads are all new 13 months ago and no anti seize was used. The monkey used a big hammer to mushroom the pins and then a chisel on the step in the middle of the pin which bent the pin.

Just so I am 100% aware the pins are held in by the spring clip correct? Not threaded or anything else? I am so angry at the moment I want to kill. I want to make sure I know it is just a little corrosion seizing them in before I do anything.

Thanks in advance.

Ya man use a little punch to drive them out.

No threads at all. The seizing is common for people who don't use anti seize

Sounds like a dealer owes you new pins and maybe new calipers, they messed it up during an inspection.

^^This. Especially a dealership should know better. This is why I never bring my car in for anything. With probably a handful exceptions, most techs are careless dolts when it comes to working on someone's prized possession.
