To the OP:
Bwoody links ARE NOT adjustable.
If the Koni Challenge Championship winning Cobalt doesnt need 3/4" endlinks......neither do you.
If you want the best endlinks available, you want what I run.(the Koni guys run them too
Powergrid Inc. Adjustable endlinks
These have 10mm thick shafts and are adjustable. But be warned, its VERY easy to really screw up your handling with improperly adjusted links. Talk to Chip at Powergrid, they are great company to deal with in my experience
If you dont have the tools, skills or someone to setup these links for you your best bet is going to be to use the FE5 links, PN:15787554 . Theyll run you less than half of either of the aftermarket units EVEN if you pay full dealer list price. I'd suspect you could get a set for $50 though. And if they can get around the Nurburgring in 8:22 with those, theyll probably be fine on the street

Yes. The best bet/deal/value for any car short of a fully sorted race prepped car is the FE5 links. If you NEED to spend money, get the Bwoodys, they make good stuff. If you have cornerweight scales and some time to waste, get some of the Powergrids.
haha if i need to spend money id get a vortec supercharger for my blazer xtreme lol
Originally I used the first oil galley plug for the rear balance shaft. Its underneath the #2 exhaust port. But my hose got loose somehow and melted on the exhaust manifold.(cheap nylon hose that comes with mechanical gauges)
I'll be replacing it this week hopefully, and will be installing it in the last oil galley plug for the front balance shaft. If youve got a 2.4 intake this plug is easy to see, its just to the left of the oil filter housing. This will keep it away from heat, and will also make a much larger radius so I ont have to worry about making crazy loops or kinking my new braided stainless hose. Plus I need to keep the rear galleys open for a turbo feed. JK.....maybe.
Depends on how quick you go through the stockers. I went through a few of them and decided I was sick of getting them replaced so I went with the powergrids...no complaints yet I'm going to mess around with adjustments this summer.
Powergrids are used on the koni challenge cars, before they had powergrids they couldn't even use there front swaybar.

For under $50 I'd pick up these FE5 endlinks... could you comment some more on how exactly they'd improve handling?
