HOW TO for front lower front control arm bushing change??

Hey guys, i did some searching but havent found a how to to change the front lower front control arm bushings for my 2007 ss/sc. If anyone can help me id greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance

pull the control arms, and take them to a shop with a press and have them press the old ones out and hew ones in

and for those of us with friends that suck and only one vehicle... which way do they press out and which way do the new ones go in?
