more control arm woes
I'm trying to install these control arms.
I got the driver's side cradle trailing bolt out the control arm with my little 200ft lb impact.
Tried all my other bigger impacts on the passenger side, even borrowed my friends 1200ft lb impact and it still won't come off.
It won't even budge, darn bolt seems welded on...
Any trick I can try before dropping the cradle like john powell says to do?

Couldn't find it at first and then I finally see this brown looking turd.
Sprayed it down really good, gonna keep spraying it every 2 hours and then try again tomorrow.

rigged up some tubing right above it, so now I can just spray right into the tube without trying to aim and it drips directly above it.
so much easier.

Got the driver side control arm installed, was super easy.
Still can't get the bolt off passenger side, dunno what to do besides give up.
I guess I will keep hitting it with pb blaster every day and drive it a bit and try again next week?

If the bolt is seized in the sleeve of the CAB - it is going to take some luck that the PB works its way down that far. I have seen posts that range from destroying the sleeve in the CAB (see video below) - to dropping the subframe so you have a hell of a lot of access to it.

Just got some pics and well I don't think it's gonna come out. Man, I want to drive my car today and tomorrow too
