help with new spring rates..
so i have the HSD coil overs in my car at the moment, and ive been searching for front swift springs but i see they come in different sizes. was just wondering what size would be ideal?

It all depends what your goal is. The longer the spring the more travel you're able to have but if you are wanting to go super low stance nation type a shorter spring with a higher spring rate would be ideal. But if you are wanting to enjoy the car and drive aggressively going with a longer spring with a moderate to high spring rate can give great handling with decent suspension travel and would give comfort and handling together.

i have 14K for the rear, the plan was to get 12K for the fronts.

12k is a pretty heavy spring. I've got 8k in the front and 9k in the rear on my Stance coils and I want to go to a square 7k or 6k setup as it is too stiff for me and probably also too stiff for the suspension to perform properly.

i would like stiff because of rubbing issues lmfao....
