Axle bind check up

So I got my car balanced and alligned. Pretty much got rid of all the vibrations that I said I had in the previous post. The only weird thing is, when I turn the wheel all the way (rarely does this happen) it should a like a cracking/rubbing noise. I can't remeber if It did it before I lowered it or not. Is this axle bind or just something else? Should I be concerned or should it be fine? I'm lowered 2 inches by eibach sportlines

I'm lowered on same springs, if I turn it all the way and go forward it sounds like I have straight cut gears. rubbing ftw.
