I personally no longer tune... period. I do not have the time I had to give it. Termi will blow me up for loading a tune on without logging it. Yes he came to my house rushed me I did what he wanted and had to roll. I shouldn't have but I did. I owned up to my mistakes.

But since I no longer have the time, nor the desire. I stopped doing it. After 235 cobalts/ hhrs/ and Sky Soltices. I was done.

Area/ Termi/ BYT/ Panda boy! All have done really well.
Ghey.. . But thanks for the help along way and you giving up tuning forced me to learn.

I wasn't forced to learn but wasn't gonna pay a 3rd person for tuning on top of the price for Hpt..

Maybe you should tell where to begin. I'm tired of paying for tuners. I'd love to learn!

Not a problem. I honestly just no longer had the time to do it. My new job has me working 50-60hrs a week. My off days, I like to relax.

Learning can be costly if you are not careful. Before you look at the other tuning how tos you should read my thread on here and the hp tuners forum on what all those tables in the tune actually do and how they relate to each other. I did write it up before we had wg control and injector and fuel pressure control though.

James' attitude towards other people was enough for me to stay away from him, being that he offered to tune my car on more than one occasion. Really glad I didn't now.

I forgot I had these bad boys kicking around. I blacked out the file names because fingers don't need to be pointed anywhere as far as who's cars they are. Here are a couple examples of tune files that I had repaired for a guy on here and another sent from someone asking me to help him with issues he was having. I wish I could fit a little more in the screen shot, but the disabled DTC's and Tip In Retard removal should be enough to add to the OP's point. The disabled and modified DTC's are highlighted in green because they are being compared to the stock files just in case a few of you didn't realize. Some of the b1s2 DTC's I can maybe accept due to a catless dp but everything else is just straight up ridiculous.

My opinion of him isn't high. I'm not going to bash the guy - seems like a nice enough guy. I knew there was a problem though the moment he said an s20g was bigger than my s256et.

And why tune an lnf for 26 degrees of timing on e85 when it's stopped making power at 23 degrees lol
