GM Stage 1 Tuning

Looking at buying gm stage 1 sensors and HP Tuners this week. ZZP recommends the following "In HP Tuners, set the MAP sensor linear to 65.89, MAP sensor offset to -6.35, Boost sensor linear to 65.89, and Boost sensor offset to -6.35." Has anyone else had to change anything else when installing the stage 1s? The only other "mod" I currently have is a turbo xs rfl catback. Just looking to basically be at the power levels of a stage 1 tune for now.

Those changes are just to get the ecm to read the new map sensors and have nothing to do with the GMS1 tune or increasing power at all.

Yes, as 09outlander said above, those settings are just to make the 3 bar sensor works correctly. With that said, you will have the ability to increase boost and have the car actually be able to read where the boost is at. This makes it much safer when trying to boost more than 23 psi.
