LDK Opel Tuning Issues

Posting here cause why not,
I'm an LDK swapped LNF car. Been tuning for about 3 months now with a reputable tuner but can't get past a weird issue. For starters, I'm stock clutch, stock flywheel, OTTP front and rear trans mounts, stock motor and top trans mounts, stock turbo full bolt on. I've seen logs from cars with different setups and they all have the same problem; Low load, low rpm knock retard. I ran GMS1 tune from my LNF on this car to break it in. When I noticed knock retard on the Aeroforce gauge I got hptuners and got in contact with a tuner. Even he's shocked by the knock retard and the fact that through injector constant, pressure adder, pulse corrections, injector spray angle, even timing and optimal torque tables; it still exists. I'm here wondering if there's anything that anyone can suggest (I'd hope with proof of it working) to look into.

The tune has been reduced to GMS1 with injector constant, pressure adder, pulse corrections changed, as well as MALT. DALS (Torque to Load) is regular GMS1. And it still exists. Anyone LDK swapped (with Opels) able to get rid of the low load low rpm knock retard? Looking at the graph of Airload % and RPM the KR exists between 20-120% Airload and 800-4000rpm and is usually found when letting off the clutch from a red light. It has 0 issues in WOT.

Sounds like maybe LSPI issue? Did you switch to a different oil since your last engine or something?

Does it pull ignition timing with the KR?

The KR could be from various tables not aligning correctly as the ECU expects. If it doesn't pull timing during the KR a number of the tables could use some fine-tuning. Injector angle usually can reduce the false KR, but sometimes it's a bad sensor or loose sensor.

No, still running Mobil 1 5W-30 full synthetic just like last time, just a little more since it takes the extra qt or so.

Yes it pulls timing. There's about 8 tables to look at to see what it should be at for X rpm Y load value so I'm not sure what it's supposed to be. While some of it may be false, it's definitely changing intensity and duration with minor changes to the tune. Sometimes it'll have 0 KR the whole drive then I get about 5 minutes away from my destination and the thing starts to KR out the ass. It's a finicky pos indeed.

Still having this issue, anyone LDK swapped with K04, LDK manifold, and rotated mounts and have any clearance issues? Mine's right up against the brake line that crosses to the passenger side.
