Tuning? for trifecta

Tuning? for trifecta
Alright well here's the deal. I recently tuned a 2009 SSTC sedan 2 weeks ago. When we finally got his 93 tune all set up in his balt. He was upset because he wanted an aggressive tune, in 3rd gear the car almost dies. So we did a datalog and sent it to Vince. He ended up revamping his tune but only up to 22PSI. In the end when we did the datalog for his car, Vince ended up saying that his balt can't go beyond that because of trying to converse his ride. I did everything I could for the kid but in the end he wasn't satisfied with the outcome of his tune.
Now my question is for a for a stock SS/TC with only a catless downpipe can you run beyond 22PSI?
My balt is currently running on 93 octane tune with 23PSI but I'm fully bolted. I know I shouldn't bring these kinds of matters since I'm sure this question has been answered but I'm just curious.

You can but 21-22 seems to be the limit for the stock plastic pieces like intercooler endtanks and charge pipes anymore than that your risking blowing endtanks off or popping the upper pipe in half

The stock intercooler is fine but the upper charge pipe is the problem. Theres a bunch of pictures on here where they blew apart from high boost. Still though I have a dejon charge pipe and I only run 23. Tell the guy if he really wants to go higher get a charge pipe. Even the cheap injen one would be fine. But also tell him that the max he can really go to is 23. I've heard many stories of 24 and over causing problems. Still though 22 should make it pretty crazy. Hmm. Have you rode in it at all?

I was seeing 23 when I was trifecta tuned and I just had a catless dp and a k&n sri. Temp and altitude definitely take play in how aggressive everything can get.
I've only ever seen pics or heard of a tops of 4 people breaking the upper charge pipe.

I've told him to make mine slightly aggressive and he did. I raced a byt tuned ss and mine has more low end but then the other guy very slowly reeled me in. He will make it aggressive if you want. I have full bolt ons except intercooler though.
