Just put my PCM back in after sending it to zzp an now my car won't start. Is it something I did or something they did?

I have this tune, it's good for what it is.
Anyway, make sure you mash the clutch to the floor when you're doing the steps BYT's link provides. If you don't then it won't work properly.
***Edit*** What I mean by mash is, floor the clutch, make sure you push firmly too. The clutch has to be as low as possible.

For the seed key relearn, this is the procedure:
You can open and close the door- It doesn't matter. You will need to get in and out since you need to push in the clutch.
1. Depress the clutch and try to start the car. If it does not turn over, let off, but leave the key in the run position. The security light should be lit up on the dash.
2. Wait 10 minutes(you can open the door and get out). The security light on the dash will turn off after 10 minutes.
3. Turn the key off for 5 seconds, then depress the clutch and try to start the car. If it does not turn over, let off, but leave the key in the run position. The security light should be lit up on the dash.
4. Wait 10 minutes(you can open the door and get out). The security light on the dash will turn off after 10 minutes.
5. Turn the key off for 5 seconds, then depress the clutch and try to start the car. If it does not turn over, let off, but leave the key in the run position. The security light should be lit up on the dash.
6. Wait 10 minutes(you can open the door and get out). The security light on the dash will turn off after 10 minutes.
7. Turn the key off for 5 seconds, then depress the clutch and try to start the car. The car should start on this attempt.

Can someone with a lsj help me?!!! It's not working. The security light doesn't stay on. Or does it eventually turn on and go off? Or do I need to clear the codes with a scanner first? Someone help me.

that's kinda fucked, the light should stay on if that is the problem... But I would try the security re-learn anyway just to rule it out. (and you don't need to push in the clutch).

This straight from the Service Manual and perhaps this should be put somewhere everyone can see it.
There are 2 ways to do this. One is a 10 minute option that requires a Tech 2 and a techline terminal. Lets skip to the second way.
Conditions
Use this procedure after replacing:
- Passlock Sensor
- BCM
- PCM
30-minute Learn Procedure.
1. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF
2. Attempt to start the engine, release the key to ON. The vehicle will not start.
3. Observe the SECURITY telltale. After approximately 10 minutes the telltale will turn OFF.
4. Turn OFF the ignition, and wait 5 seconds.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 two more times for a total of 3 cycles/30 minutes. The vehicle is now ready to relearn the Passlock Sensor Data Code and/or passwords on the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK.
IMPORTANT: The vehicle learns the Passlock Sensor Data Code and/or passwords on the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK. You must turn the ignition OFF before attempting to start the vehicle.
6. Start the engine. The vehicle has now learned the Passlock Sensor Data Code and/or password.
7. With a scan tool, clear any DTCs if needed. History DTCs will self clear after 100 ignition cycles.

I Have an issue with my car not starting after installing ZZP Stage kit with Canned Tune. I have tried the Key Relearn procedure all three steps at 10 min a piece. My security light stays on doesn't go off after the 10 - 15 mins. When i did get it to turn over it was a weird problem. I turned the key to on after the third attempt and pushed the clutch in and it starts cranking without turning the key to start and never actually starts. I went back out a few minutes ago to get video of this and it won't do anything now back to step one. When I turn my key to on now it comes up with power steering and low fuel on the DIC. I'm in the process of uploading my video to youtube.
Edit I have an 06 LSJ

Sorry to bring up an old thread but just installed zzp's pcm, did the security relearn per instruction. the security lock isn't coming up on the dash anymore and the car won't turn over, but I'm throwing a p0808 code. Does this mean I need to take it to the dealer for a clutch relearn? Any input would be greatly appreciated
