zzp cam charts

hey ive been tuning my car and i have a zzp tune file that i started with and i was wondering if the zzp cam tables are safe ive heard of people bending valves playing with these tables ??

ya sorry should of said it was an lnf lol. car runs great with them on just want to make sure its safe and worth it .

Zzp modifies them from stock so I guess there safe just wanted to know if anyone has had any bent valves or anything

Ye I have hp tuners and I have confirmed they made changes to the cam angles

The cam profiles that ZZP uses for the LNF aren't going to bend valves. The intake and exhaust cam only have so much movement available and it's not much in the grand scheme of things.
