is the car all blot on ? no welding or anything ?
And what size is the piping..

plus, someone stole my custom cut stock antenna, i need a new one, any suggestions where to get one ?

you'll have to cut your stock exhaust off in order to put the aftermarket one on... and MPX maybe? i believe thats the company who makes shorty antenas...

well i have the vibrant headers & dp already, will the cat bolt on that?

the cat will not just bolt on, it's welded into the downpipe. You would have to order a catted dp made for the header.
