FREE Products

That's correct, FREE products !

We are looking for someone that is willing to build us another website,

This are the requirements;

FREE hosting, Template, we don't care what format.

No products will be sold from that site ( no need for shopping cart) as many pages as we can get, we plan to load 300+ pictures of products, cars and .........

I have to be able to go and change things if needed.

We will own the site.

Something basic but nice, last time we had a similar offer someone made us a killer My Space page, we can swing a complete car care kit up to $150.00 worth of products.

Any takers, please provided us a sample of something you have done.

Thank guys !

the problem is, you're not going to get free hosting from anywhere other than myspace or facebook. hosting costs money

i'd certainly be open to making some videos in turn for product though

Also, if you want to be able to make changes to a real website, you need to know at least some basic html, or have access to an html editor. sounds like myspace is the way to go.

wix is in the early stages of development (beta testing) which basically means they are not yet established. they also charge for certain services. a company would not build editors, host sites, and provide free access. just doesn't make sense. i've been on many beta sites before, and majority of them just shut down one day, leaving you to start from scratch. I would def. recommend going with something more established.

also, let me know about any work u need done video wise. i'm production manager for a video company, and can do some pretty high quality stuff for ya.

If you were to get hosting such as doteasy.com its only $20 a year or so something could easily made but it also depends on how good you want the site to look. Because i can make one with simple html and you just put the pitures on the site or I can make a decent looking one but you would probably need dreamweaver to edit it and fireworks would help as well. But what can be made is like a decent site then one that links off to another page that has pictures which can easily edited in html. Im a little tired right now but i can further explain later or something.

best 100% free way to go is gonna be myspace. well established, it's not going anywhere, and pretty much everyone has one. you can post buletins about pictures, and sales/new products, and everyone can see it daily. also it's easy to edit, and add/remove pics.

plus, having a website is worthless without driving traffic to it. with myspace, you have access to milloins of poeple that are on there everyday, and you can easily and quickly interract with them.

wait you already have a myspace. Just go google for some slideshow sites and for whatever event/catagory you want make a seperate slide show and just group them together on the myspace.

That could be an issue... I'll have to come up with some clever tricks for you to use to convince them its not commercial

My friend designed this website, and I do the graphic design.

I will be getting a hold of him and maybe we will work together on this for ya. But what exactly are you looking for? Like what pages do you want? Links? Also, if you look on the contact page, we have implemented a "toggle switch" for online status so your customers can see when and who is online.

EDIT...its a simple layout...and easy....

I was freaking mad ! I'm still are, they claim that a "Blog" is the same as an "Educational Instructional Post" that's how I call it, so go figure

My idea is a Home page with the Welcome Info, one page with About us, one with our product description/photos, contact information, car photos and lots of , this is for one of our best dealers outside USA

Yup, we are interested. I can create whatever is needed via PHP and MySQL, using XHTML and CSS. Just need to know what the specifics are. Like, do I spend 1 week making this and get more than a car cleaning kit? Or do you just want access to free hosting with templates, etc? I have the hosting for sure. I can host as much data as you can ever want, and I have a web builder or CMS available too. Feel free to PM me or SS-RY with details. I basically bought unlimited space on a server, and I just add sites whenever I want. The only question about cost comes into my time (if any, and SS-RY's) as well as the domain name.
