There weren't mods posted in the thread for both so IDK all the supporting mods. I just know the NSX was turbo'd and trapped 125. The Cobra is a 2.8L Mammoth blower. The Mammoth will support over 800whp.

If I do find the builds of the cars I will post them up.

All cars can be made fast. Honda's are one of the worst platforms from the factory to build. The stock components on that car are junk and being n/a make it garbage.

For every mod u do on a honda, the same mod done to many other platforms will make that platform faster than the honda. Mod for mod, hondas just dont add up. All honda really has to offer is a cheap aftermarket.

Not a good blower though. Over heats very quickly. I'm watching developments on the new Whipple 2.9L blower. It's having promising results so far. The KB 2.6L blower is a more efficient blower then the 2.8 IMO.

Your friend may want to go to a new tuner. Something is holding him back. A proper fuel system and the Mammoth on stock bolt ons will make 700whp. I don't know the issue personally so he may just have it dialed down in power for the moment for something.

I'm making 600whp on my 2.3L Whipple and will be making 700-730whp come spring with a switch to E85.

Our 4v's LOVE E85.

The biggest problem I have with KB is the customer service. KB is horrible while Whipple is like TTR for the Cobalts. That and 2.3L Whipples are starting to rival the 2.8L Blowers in power. For some reason people are having problems switching to E85 on the 2.8L while the 2.3L Whipple is loving every second of it.

yeah he has alot of mods he has a wealthy family he had a sick mach1 totalled it got a cobra convertible totaled it and then got his cobra now
