You must be pretty lacking upstairs to not see how much a stock for stock non-contest this would be, the win hands down would be the SS\TC..... And other than the exterior body and interior of the SS\SC, the TC is far more superior to the SC......TC Out handles SC by HUGE margines, out brakes it, gets better fuel milage, is more than a full second faster in the quarter mi and 5+ mph faster in the 1\4, Oh and lets see, 0-60 TC: 5.5 sec \\\\\ 0-60 SC: 6.2 sec... the TC would have almost a 1.5 car lead at 60 mph.... And by 100 have a 3 car lead!!!! that's smoked.... And on a circut\roadcourse track!!!... If I owned a SC I would not dare challenge the TC on a roadcourse track... So pls stop making me laugh so Danm hard!!!!!
All of the above are facts printed in far too many magazines to list.....

My, My. A STOCK LNF will walk a Stg 2 SC after 40 mph.... It's all about gearing, and FAR more HP and even FAR more tq...... Stock vs stock would be humiliating for the SS\SC, like racing a new vette against a 1990 vette... an absolute SMOKING!!!

really?

IMO he was obviously trying to race U and got destroyed but U were obviously in 3rd, he seemed to be in 5th or maybe 4th. I didnt see or hear them(2 in his car) downshift. U should NOT have beat him that bad. I have a modded & tuned 09TC & a stage2 05 SC. My stage2 SC would NOT do what U just did to that TC...even stock...no where near it. Watching the jump...U should see U take off right away, and then see his car launch on U but he didnt.....IMO......he was in the wrong gear! Not to take anything from ur car.

Just to chime in... Good kill, first of all. That being said, something was off. You were going to win that encounter no matter what, but I have a difficult time believing the TC driver was giving it all the car had if he got beat by that many lengths.

we did 5 back to back runs...if u didnt hear his car probably because its silent from factory compared to loud ass blower loud ass catless exhaust..so it may seem to appear that way but i can honestly tell u he was in 2nd and i was in 2nd from 40 mph his own words were i was spinning tires in second and third...i told him it was probably his clutch.. i posted the 5th run also because of the fact no one would believe this..and a stage 2 sc is nothing comparable really to the ott stage1 with intake header catless..its rated like 245whp right?? i have not dynod and dont really care to but from many races against 300 whp subies and evos that ive beat im guessing around 280 whp for me...i also belive i have a factory freak to begin with when i fist bought my car stock off the lot i put on the hks muffler i raced a sssc with a intake exhaust and tune hes on these forums u can ask him i put a couple lenghts on him with 2 people in my car. he was impressed and confused so he retuned again but we didnt get to race cuz he shipped off to another state for military reasons heres his link https://www.cobaltss.net/gallery/bro...imageuser=3235

You really don't know anything about the LSJ do you? My stock IRL put down 219whp. 219 * 1.12 = 245bhp

Stage 2 with supporting mods should be over 250+ wheel horsepower which translates to 280+bhp

sounds like you run into alot of horrible drivers my freind or maybe you think they are racing you but they arent.
i dont consider for car to be fast my no means, however i have driven a ottp stage 1 with full 3' exhaust and he could not destory me as you did him.
Also he runs the 1/4 at 13.8@103.23, i run the 1/4 at 14.0@104.95. So my question to everyone is how could you beat a lnf like down the highway

10whp difference would NOT leave the TC in the dust like that. There was clearly something off. Im not saying the TC definitely would have won, but I am saying theres no way it would have lost by that much....NO WAY! For one car to jump ahead by that much that quick your talking about a much quicker car with more than just an extra 10whp.
