Race in the v6 yesterday
 

So yesterday i got in a little scuffle with one of the older wrx's...like an 02 i think, not sure but it had the bugeyes. We went from about a 30 roll and i took him by probly 1 1/2 cars so im assuming he was close to stock, but he deff had a catback. Well he rolled up next to me at the light after and motioned for me to roll down my window. I did expecting to hear some ricer bs, but surprisingly he said, "nice 6er, whats in it?" so i told him cai/tune, LCA's, a few suspension bolt ons and gears/locker." he then said, "just wish i was in my other car so i coulda smoked ya!" and when i asked what his other car wa she said a c5 auto coupe with longtubes and some kinda filter (dont remember what). I was pretty surprised a wrx owner would also drive a vette, but he told me he was going to the track in two saturdays with the vette and a bunch of his friends and i should meet up with them there, etc. hopefully MY "other car" will be done by then :lol:

He doesnt drive a Vette, his retired dad does :)

either way im gonna meet him at the track, park my car somewhere out of site, put some cash on a race and do it. That is if the mach is done by then. my pistons haven't even been shipped yet though so who knows.

You're gonna put cash on a race, while he is thinking you're gonna race in your SS/SC?

i dont drive an ss/sc....? he doesn't know about my mach 1 he raced my 2006 v6 with bolt ons in his wrx. Im gonna try to get him to put down money when he has the vette thinking im crazy and im gonna use the v6, then roll out in the mach 1 which should be deep in the 10's when im done (hopefully). I'd give his money back i just wanna fuck with him LOL.
