it is possible to get in trouble if the local patrols wanted to pursue it..

 

you would get the same charges and you couldnt defend yourself because obviously there is video evidence... and if your asking because your on video... you know what they say... this goes for when your car breaks, get caught racing, speeding etc... "You Pay to Play"

ha there was a guy who not too long ago got in trouble for that.. he was on a site for cars that do 200+ on the street. He filmed himself and his friend doing 210 in a lambo and the cops ended up arresting him and his car was taken away and desrtoyed. from what i heard on a few sites was that he was sentenced pretty hard cause in that town ship double the speed limit is attemptive manslaughter

 

Seen it happened to a guy around here the cops saw a vid of a guy killin some car with his camero and the video showed his tag so the cops came out to the meet found him and his car and got him

I think everyone here has the right idea. I dont think so....... but that doesnt mean it would never happen. Just be smart about it, even a person whos taken basic video editing can blur out the plates, its not that hard. Just think before you start putting stuff up of you doing something you shouldnt.

 

haha that or always be the one with the video camera! that way your car is never on tape!

freind of mine just got caught street racing his brand new evo. got a 117 in a 45 and reckless driving. He had the car for 5 days, needless to say he will not be driving his car for 6 months due to losing his liscense. DON DO IT

 

most road cameras only catch you pulling though a red light. Even still i know in some bad neighborhoods, the do have like the full 24 hour video thing. Now to your credit, we race in bad neighborhoods because the cops are usually busy somewhere else. But you might want to check on that.... and find a place a little further out of reach.

My guess is that they are there to catch other things, if its a 24 video, but again... doesn't mean you wont get caught. Do it once or twice... i don't think you have much to worry about.

 

they make flip down liscene plates if your that worried and alot of people also get liscense plate covers and tint them very slightly so if you do get caught by a camra the liscense plate is blured out due to the flash and as long as u got tinted windows dont worry about it but stay away after the fact
