Superchips tune haters come on in....

We all know that the Superchips tune is kinda conservative /weak what have ya. I wont disagree with you from a numbers or seat of the pants prospective.

BUT....

The cars ive either walked or waxed so far

Modded and tuned WRX by alot 100-104mph traps (5-100)
2004 light bolton mach 1 by 3 cars 5 to 90 (106mph traps)
BMW 335i by 2 cars 40- 80 (106mph traps)
Modded foxbody mustang by alot
Magnum RT with at least exhaust by a few cars 50 -100

I will be getting the new Trifecta tune in a few weeks, but ive got to admit that for a canned tune it definetly delivers. only reason im trying trifecta is im looking for wheelspin in 2nd gear

hate on...

Just imagine what cars you'll beat with an HP tune or Trifecta

what sct product are you using? If it's an xcal, why don't you just go to an sct supporting shop and get it dyno tuned?

Its the Superchips cortex, pretty sure custom tuning is not an option

what setup are you running?

Im doin the new trifecta with the adjustable maps on the fly.... With such brutal winters in chicago its definetly the best setup for maximum traction (torque reduction) in bad conditions, and when traction becomes appropriate , turn on comp mode for another 90 flt lbs and 40 horse

Id love to do HP tuners but no one is that good in the chicago area. And when i do an intercooler, DP, and CAI i can retune with vince pretty easily

This motor has been really happy with superchips, absolutely no KR in 50 degrees to 95 degrees, yes the IATs climb when its hot and humid but thats my intercoolers fault.

been to their shop back in november.... i waited 30 minutes in a vestibule, they wouldnt even let me in the front door, then wanted close to 400 dollars for a tune.... Bill didnt even show for my appointment, so i left , i wasnt going to let Aaron tune my car because he admitted that HPT was Bills forte...

for that kind of price, i expect better customer service.
