tuned 09 ss/tc vs. 3rd gen mitsu eclipse gt

EDIT: no one likes my stories...

heres a flame shielded re-edit.
a kind gentleman in a 3rd gen mitsu eclipse gt wanted to race, but then pulled over and we had a great dialogue on the ups and downs of performance autombile ownership.
i drove off at excessive speeds, seeing as i was looking to floor it down my favorite road to go WOT on near my home by myself anyways.

who said i was bashing him?

if you lived in lowell ma you might understand what its like to drive any kind of "sport" type of car around here. this city is filled with 438798752987 people who spend more money on goofy body kits and drive around looking for and causing trouble.

just last week a 12 year old was hit 20 ft while he was in a cross walk by two idiots street racing, one in a black civic the other in an acura RSX, during mid afternoon traffic in one of the busiest parts of the city. the kid who got hit is ok, but the two scumbags that were racing tried denying any fault and were caught red handed.

guess its just stuff like that which happens around here often makes me have a lower opinion of the ricing population in this city. the kid i was talking about in the OP was actually pretty cool compared to other people. typically, i never attempt to race anyone, and never in the city, and luckily this was a seemingly cool guy from outside the city on a long usually empty stretch of road.

LOL.. i own both an 09 SS/TC and a 03 GTS eclipse. Gave the eclipse to the wife and drive the Balt. The eclipse has been a really good car. Solid car. Should be weighing roughly 3500 lbs. lol.. but a nice ride. Love the Balt though. Mean machine.

If "bang" means performance than the statement definitely applies to the balt. Based on buying a brand new car anyway.
